GETTING THE MOST for your Second Life from the House of Trina
The House of Trina group is a large family, sometimes approaching 100 members with perhaps 20 active at a time. So, how do you use your membership in HoT to enhance your life, make new friends, or get yourself into bondage more often?
Where's Mistress Trina?
Mistress covers a lot of ground in Second Life, but her online schedule is variable. The best time to find Mistress online is early morning SLT; that means starting around 0400 and 0600. She is often online at other times during the day, but rarely in the evenings.
Mistress receives all IM's as Emails when she's offline. If you include your Email address, she can write back to you. Mistress often communicates with Group members this way (even when she's away, she can use her tablet or mobile phone). So if you want to schedule some private time with Mistress Trina or send her any other message, these methods are open to you.
Get to Know and Love Each Other!
From the very beginning in August 2008, House of Trina has been a place where Mistress' many friends can come together to meet and play with each other, not just with Mistress. This idea only works if you, my family of subs, dommes and switches, do a few things, whether Mistress is online or not:
- Visit the House and Dungeon. Our location "Emerald Atoll"--after Mistress Trina's first House Slave--is located at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Dunnylun/103/19/21 . This is a beautiful oceanfront location on a large parcel of land that she owns. Come to the house, relax, use the scripted furniture. The more each of you visit, the more chance that all of you will meet each other; perhaps find a new friend, D/s partner or lover!
- FRIEND each other. All of you can see the list of Members in your Groups menu. Next time you're online, pop it up and double-click some of the names; her Profile will come up and you can see what she is interested in. All of you have something in common; an appreciation of a BDSM lifestyle based on love and trust, as practiced by Mistress Trina. You should never need to be alone in the massive world of SL.
- Read Mistress' Notices and Notecards. Mistress hardly ever sends Group messages, but when she does, they're important! Please take this small responsibility seriously.
- Tell Mistress what you're doing. Mistress would love to put your stories in these Web pages! She can remove your name if you like; just let her know. But reading about each other is the kind of sharing that she wants from her family, to enhance all our lives.
